Thanksgiving Feast

I am so thankful for my boys - all three of them! I feel so blessed to stay at home & raise my sons. It is my dream job. Today Luke had a Thanksgiving Feast at school and he was so excited for me to come & join him. Aren't the pictures of these little Indians so cute??! Leaving the feast all I could think of is how fun it is to go to preschool parties & spend this precious time with Luke. Sadly, I know there will be a day when my boys won't necessarily want me to come to their school "parties". And yes, I even know there will be a day when they won't think I am the coolest person in town or think that blogging about them is cool either :). But, for now I am going to soak this season of their lives up, blog all about them and thank God daily for these gifts that He has entrusted to me. I'm thankful.

TOO MANY TOYS

David Shannon has a new book out called, "TOO MANY TOYS". Luke just thinks this book is fabulous! He insisted on making a "rocket" just like the little boy in the story did out of a cardboard box. This little box rocket has provided countless hours of entertainment around here. Thought I would post because this book might be a fun Christmas present if you have kiddos who like to read David Shannon works!! He has always been a favorite around here.

I DO

Again, I am so behind on blogging, but my one and only sweet brother got married on September 20th. And I have promised several people that I would post some pictures of this special day. Laura looked absolutely beautiful and she was so calm during the entire ceremony. She smiled so sweetly and looked so very happy. The ceremony was so worshipful and God truly received much glory. My dad was the best man and Luke was so proud to be the ring bearer. Blake and Laura, we are so happy for you. Can't wait to see all that the Lord has in store for you as a couple in the days to come. You make a great team. Congratulations!
